Welsh ar.d wife wre sitting in their house be tween North Point and Renovo they no ticed a fellow looking int* the kitchen window. He was ordered away, when he placed himself at a front window and sub sequently tried to break in the door. He reappeared at the rear ot the house and re peated his mischief. Mr. Welsh fired a re volver at the fellow, but lie did nut seem to mind it. A son of Mr. Welsh then fired a shot gun at him, and the fellow rolled over muttered something religious and crawled away.
