plained at a late meeting of the New York
.Farmers' Club When two or three doz
en of eggs are obtained from the nests,
place them in a dl.-h and pour scalding
water over them, and immediately turn it
uff. This process rs repeated three limes,

coagulated, the pores of the shell c'osed,
the'egg, as i( werecanned in its own
