A dispatch from Ishpeming, Mich., on
Tuesday, states that Mr. O'Connor, form
erly of this place, had been killed in a
powder explosion at that place, on Feb.
oth at 4:15 p. m. No particulars of the
accident have been heard.
Several cases of sickness in town this

A very pleasant surprise party was
