Far rell, adjoining the Emporium House. Marriage License Bill. Gov. Hughes, of New York lias sign ed the Cobb marriage license bill. The Cobb measure will take effect January Ist next. It introduces a system of marriage license to bo issued by town and city clerks in the place in which the bride lives and makes it the duty of officials performing the ceremonies to make return of these licenses to the town or city clerk on or before the 10th of the month succeeding the mar riage.
