quently Buchanan remarked that the boat was mak

is kicking. This was perhaps the last remark made,
and when the boat reached the wharf and commenc
ed _trying to effect a land: a, Buchanan turned on
the guage and lot on the writer. The instant the
sold water came in contact with the heated boilers,
now nearly dry, the explosion took place.

statesman erects the Poor Law Unions, and the
philanthropist his Houses of Refuge; but still the
destitution continues. It is stated in the Registrar
