That all and every on ner or on ners of any lot orl
lots or small quantities of land, pounded on the

man sta., he and they are hereby required to pave
the Side Valk a in front of the sum and the
owner or tAvueis of cbrner lots are required to
, extend their pavements along , said streets past

and to have such pavement completed,'as herein
