Other game, however, may be killed until the fifteenth. The fine that will have to be paid for an infraction ot the game law is $100 for a deer, $25 for a pheasant and $io for a rabbit. The constable making the arrest gets half the fine and $10 from the state for each conviction together with all his fees. That II. A.
