feeble health for several months
previous to her death. The bereaved
family and friends have the sympathy

Misses Anna and Lulu Creveling of
Bloomsburg attended the funeral on
Friday.
A. B. Hartman, who is employed
above Benton in the well drilling busi-
ness was in tewn on Saturday.
Miss Fanny Kline is visiting
friends at Rohrsburg.

after night, have been stopped by a
man, evidently seeking money, or
valuables carried about the person.
Although thus far he has not been
very successful it is high time that the
public becomes acquainted with this
fact. Means should be taken to
