By virtue of an order of the Orphans'
Court of Columbia county, the undersigned
will expose to public sale the following pieces
of real estate:
All that certain house and lot of ground
situate in thelownof Catawissa. in the coun
ty of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania,
bounded nnd described ns follows, to-wit:
On the west by Front street, on the south
by land late of Samuel Kck; on the east by
land of Cntawissa Rail Road Company, and
on the north by land of George Stecker,
containing in front on said Front street, thirty-five
feet, nnd extending back in depth one
hundred and sixty feet, whereon are erected
a two story
FRAME DWELLING HOUSE,
stable and outbuildings.
ALSO
All that certain house anil lot of ground
situate in the town of Rupert, in ihe county
of Columbia, Montour township and State
of Penn'a., bounded and described as follows:

an alley twenty feet wide, and running thence
by said alley norlh seven and one halt ue
grees east one hundred and ten feet; thence
