Ey virtue of an order of the Orphans'
Court of Columbia county, the undersigned
will expose to public sale the following pieces
of real estate:
. All that certain house and lot of ground
situate in the town of Catawissa. in the coun
ty of Columbia and State of Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows, to-wit:
On the west by From street, on the south
by land late of Samuel Eck; on the east by
land of Catawissa Kail Road Company, and
on the north by land of George Stecker,
containing in front on said Front street, thirty-five
feet, and extending back in depth one
hundred and sixty feet, whereon are erected
a two story
FRAME DWELLING HOUSE,
stable and outbuildings.
ALSO (
All that certain house and lot of ground
situate in the town of Rupert, in ihe county
of Columbia, Montour township and State
of Fenn'a., bounded and described asfollows:
Beginning at the south corner of said lot ir.
an alley twenty feet wide, and running thence
by said alley north seven and one half de
grees east one hundred and ten feet; thence
by lands of Lloyd Paxton, north eighty-two
amlone-half degrees west thirty feet; thence
by lands ol the same south seven and one
half degrees west, one hundred and ten feet
to an alley; thence by the line of said alley,
south eighty-two and one-half degrees east
thirty feet to the place of beginning, where
on are erected a two-story
FKAME DWELLING HOUSE,
stable and outbuildings.
The lot in Rupert will be sold on the
premises on
FRIDAY, MAY 1, 1896,
at 1 1 o'clock a. m.
The Jot in Catawissa will be sold on the
premises on same day at 1 o'clock p. m.
