The corner of Market and Third streets is a busy place these days. The work of demolishing the old church is completed. A gang of men under the direction of'Wm. Ferguson is busy clearing up the rubbish, ten men are cutting stone and masons are at work. W. O. Holmes has moved his Plumbing establishment to the rooms formerly occupied by Eshleman & Wolf in the Opera House. The work of placing the metallic cases in the Register and Recorder's office has been completed. The officials of the office are pleased with the job, and it assists them greatly in the transaction of the business of the office.
