CONDITIONS.
The highest and best bidder to be the pur
chaser, on complying with all the conditions
of the sr.le. One hundred dollars to be paid

less thd purchase money shall be less than
that sum, in which case only the purchase
money shall be paid, and where the amount
bid for the property shall exceed ten hurt
hundred dollars ten per cent, of the pur

The highest and best bidder to bo t he pur
chaser, on complying with all the conditions
of the ealo. Ono hundred dollars to be paid at
the time tho property Is struck down unless
the purchaso money shall be less than that
sum, In which caso only the purchase money
shall bs paid, and where the amount bid tor the
property shall exceed ten hundred dollars ten
per cent, of the purchase money shall be paid
down and the balanco of tho purchase money
to be paid to the Sheriff at his ofllce within ten
days from tho regular day of sale; and In caso
of non compliance with the conditions of tho
sale, the money paid down at time of sale shall
bo forfeited, and the Sheriff will apply said for
feit to the payment of costs and return the
writ or writs unsold tor want of compliance
with tho conditions of Bale. No deed tor the
