BLOOMSBURG, FA. FKIDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 189J. A EEMINDER. It is a long time since we have said anything about unpaid subscriptions, Jut when our books show thousands cf dollars outstanding that we ought to have, and need constantly in our business, it is pardonable if we use these columns occasionally to remind those who owe us, that a newspaper tannot be published on wind. There are some who owe for three year or more, and who pay no attention to statements sent by mail. To such, notice is now given that their accounts must be settled before January 1st. if not paid by that time, they will be charged $1.50 a year, and costs may e made. All who owe for one, two er three years are respectfully request ed to call and settle, at ft.oo a year. After an account is three years old it is liable to lie charged at the rate of $1.50 a year, as that is the price when not paid in advance. We are com pelled to give this notice because of the large sums due us that are scat tered all over the county, and as there is certainly nothing unreasonable in the request, we trust that it will meet vith a cheerful response.
