uollcant 'is the head of a family or Is
41 or inoro years of ago, or has performed
ervico in tho army or navy of tho United
States; that tho application is rnado for
his exclusive uso and bonoflt, and that it
Is mado for tho purpose of actual settle
ment and cultivation, and neither di
rectly or indirectly for tho use or bonoflt

five years, which must bo provod by two
witnesses, and who must further show
