Gardner performed a difficult operation last week upon Peter Fritz of Sujarloaf township, a stepson of William Kitchen. The patient was only about six teen vcars of aeo. For some time he has been lame and suffered pain in ono leg. Bovcral physicians pronounced it rheuma, nam; but Dr. Gardner nronouueed it dis eased bone, and should bo removed.
