Anna Miller nnd Edith I'slielmuti, a piano
solo by Mr. Geo. Pooler of llerwlck, a fine
bass solo by Mr. L. S. Wlntorstecn, a duet
for violin nnd piano by Mr. nnd Mrs. P. U.
Wirt, n quartette for brass Instruments by
Messrs. Urooks Laycock, 'Wirt. nnd Pteiitls,
a character song by Will Mellck of llerwlck,
nnd n clarinet solo by Harry Kstielmau.
Encores weru freely accorded, and for the
most part were well deserved. This first
effort of the band nt a comet Is a very
creditable one, and they will no doubt
favor the public with entertainments of it
similar character In the future.
