elsowiicre, there is yet another to men
tion which took piaco hero on Wednes
day afternoon. On tho 20th of August
last, Mr. John Kcolor camo from Kohrs
burg and when near tho Batik at tho
corner of Main nud Market streets, his
horso took fright nnd ran away. On
Wednesday last Mr. Kcolor again visit
cd Bloomsburg, drivlnglho same horso,
and upon his arrival tied the nuimal in
front of the bank. Tho horso became
frightened, toro looso from the hitching
post and ran at a furious paco up tho
pavement. A lady who was walking
along by tho now hotel had barely time
lo save herself by Jumping on a pile of
boards, The buck board, to which tho
horso was attached, upset Inifront of tho
hotel and was Immediately afterwards

tearing oil' two wheels. Tho frantic
horso was finally stopped at tho corner
