The subscriber wishing to move West, will sell

waters of the Raystown Branch of the Juniata,
in Napier township, Bedford county, l'a., ten
miles west oj Bedford, and 2J miles south of
Schcllsburg, containing 377 acres and 8 per
ches, with a large doable Log House, weather
boarded, large double Log Barn, with other out
buildings, thereon erected. Also, a good Tenant
House on the upper cud of the Farm. About 210
acres are cleared and in a good state of cultiva
tion. the balance well timbered. About 230 acres
of this land is of tho best Sandy Bottom, good fur
either wheat, corn or grass. The balance is slate
land, very good for wheat. The Drove Road
passes by the door. The track of the Southern
Pennsylvania Railroad pas Fes through the farm,
within a short distance of the houso. There is a
fine young orchard of choice fruit near the house;
also, a good sugar camp on the farm, and water
in nearly every field. Any person wishing to
purchaso a No. 1 farm will do well to look at this
one, as it is one of the best for cither a grain or
stock farm in this part of the State. Persons

ruptcy was issued against tho estate of William
Spidle of Bloody Run, in the comity of Bedford,
and State of Pennsylvania, who has been adjudg
ed a Bankrupt on his own petition; that the pay
ment of any debts and delivery of any property
belonging to such Bankrupt, to him or for his use,
and the transfor of any property by him are for
bidden by Law: that a meeting of the Creditors
of the said Bankrupt, to prove their debts, and to
