The "Republican State Convention" will meet at the "Herdic House," in Williams port. on Wednesday, the 26th of June next, at 10 o'clock, A. M., to nominate a candidate lor Judge of the Supreme Court, and to ini tiate proper measures for the eusuing State canvass. As heretofore, the Convention will be com posed of Representative and Senatorial Dele gates, chosen in.the usual way, and equal in number to the whole of the Senators and Representatives in the General Assembly.
