During our absense last week THE INQCIRER was made to speak of the disappearance of Mr. Charles Pensyl as a murder committed upon him. About the middle oi'last eek the excitement in regard to Mr. P. reached its height. A of drawers were found as already stated, and were recognized by Mr*. Pensyl a-belo igir.g to herhusband. This, so fa." as we have heard is the only circumstance regarded by some •a indicating the murder of Pensyl. We uo not know that the circumstances stated in regard to the "marks of blood and the dragging of a heavy body" have any real existence, or if they have, wheth# they have any relation to the disappearance of the mi ssing man. The warrants njjaiim Andrew Saupp and War ner Hoerkens have been discharged without arrest. The supposed grounds of suspicion in their case hav ing been cleared up.
