ered to the Commissioners of the City or County in

The above is a portrait of David McCivny, of
Napier township, who, in the 81st day ol .August,
IPSP, made affidavit b<Tore Justice Gorley that he
was treated for the cure of Cancer by three physi
cians of Bedford County, and by Dr. Ktwton of
the Eclectic College in Cincinnati, fat a period of
nearly eight months, ncttalbstar.Jing which, his

eaten away! He had given up all hope, when be
