    NOTICE TO RETAILERS.
IN pursuauce of an Act of Assembly approved
theßth day ol May. A. D., 1851, requiring the
Treasurer of each County to publish in the months
of April and May, of each year, a list of all Re
tailers of Foreign and Domestic Goods, Wares,
and Merchandise, notice is- hereby given to Re
tailers in classes, as directed by law, that the Tuxes
must be paid to the County Treasurer, on or be

Dissolution of Partnership.
THE partnership heretofore existing and trading !

this day been dissolved by mutual consent. The
Books, notes and accounts are in the hands of Win.
Hartley, wno is hereby authorized to settle the
same. All jmrsons knowing themselves indebted
to the firm of Blymiro & Hartley, will save costs
by paying up, before the Books and notes are pla
ced in the hand of a collector.
