will be made to the next Legia'.ature of the
State of Pennsylvania, for the passage of an
Act of Assembly authorizing the incorporation
of a Bank of Issue, with general banking and
discounting privileges, under the genera! bank
ing laws of this State, to be located at the Bo
rough of Bedford, in the County or Bedford,
•nd called "The Bedford County Bank," wiili
a capital of two hundred and fifty thousand
dollars, and with the privilege of low-easing the
sariffi to the sum of 'foui hundred thousand dol

chitis, Coughs, Colds, and general debility.
The remedy was discovered by him when his
only child, a, daughter, was given to die. He
had heard m-ich of the wonderful restorative
and healing qualities of preparations made from
the East India Hemp, and the thought occur
red to him that he might make a remedy lor
his child. He studied hard and succeeded in
realizing his wishes. Uis child was cured and
is now alive and well, lie has since adminis
tered the wonderful remedy to thousands of suf
fferers in all parts of the world, and he has
never failed in making them completely heal
thy and happy. Wishing to do as much good
as possible, he will send to .ih of his afflicted
