amine the streams within: the bounds
of their respective townships, which
have been or shall herealter be declar-
ed by law to be public highways, and
to remove therefrom as often as they}:

sioned by trees falling into the same,
or by drift wood, or by trees or the

The above stated lands are situated
{on the south west side of the west
Bellefonte, on Monday the 26th day of

extending from nine to twelve miles

creek. They were surveyed in 1794
'95, and regularly re-surveyed in
1808 ard all the lines marked ; the title
is without dispute, and clear of any
incumbrance. These lands are wor-
thy the attention of enterprising mon
[led men, as a great part is of a good
and timbered,
stone coal; and by
the Karthaus
road, about six miles from the south-
ern tracts (the whole distance from
Milesburgh being about twelve miles)
an advantageous settlement can easily
be formed. The lands will be sold in
one body, or in seperate parcels or
abounding with
opening a road from
tracts, as may suit purchasers,
