Notice to Contractors.
At 3 meeting of the President & Mao-
agers of the Bollefoute and Philips-
burgh Turnpike Company, on Fii-
day the 26th Apel, 1822, It was
on motion,
Rrsolved, That a cornmittee be ap-
pointed to superintend the completion
of thie road; and to point out to the
tractors at work; what work is nes
XY to be done. Where the con.
tractors are not actually at work,
with a prospect of speedily finishing
4 section, or where the contractors
‘Have neglected to fall to work, or in!
either case, the said committe shall
proceed forthwith to advertise and
scll out such section, for the purpose
of having the said completely finished,
with the least possible delay : and the
expense of finishing the road will be
pud out of the first money due the
original contractors who have refused
or peglected to complete their con
tracts in pursuance of their agree
ments. And ordered that
