in Pennsylvania, to whom it would be de-
sirable to have their unseated lands iu
hanced in value by German setilements,
to send to the German society of Harris-
burg, answers to the following inquiries.
1 Where the lands are situated, which
they are willing to put to their dispos-

2, The extent of such lands?
3 Whetherany and what waters pass
through them ?
, 4. ¥Waoether they contain any situations
ciigibic for water works ?
5. Wheticr any and what highways or
toads may.pass through them ?
6. Ihe nature of their titles to the land
and whether they are wholly unincumber-
ed, or the nature of the lncumbrance.
7. Upon what terms they may be wil

which the Ceroner, Justices of the Peace,
