week. The thief, supposed to be a man

managers of the Western Pa. Hospital
for the year 1870. •These minageri have
under their direcliou two separate estab
lishments, to wit; the Hospital for We
insane at Dixnunit, and a General Hos
pital for the aleleand &aimed, within the
city of Pittsburgh. It has three sots of
managers—one set for life on payment
of 41.000 each. another set by election,
and a third as State managers. The State
