on horseback, men in sleighs, men on

neighborhood over for oil lands. The
Puncbke Farm, a little below Slder’s
Mills, on the Little Beaver, was sdld
this week for eighty thousand dollars.
One 6f Mf. Pancake’s<ndar neighbors,
was. offer ea fifty-five thousand dollars,
cash down,'for fifty acres, and he did
not'sell because be thinks ho ought] to
have Wore. The Analeyte sold a twen
ty acre lease this week for t wenty-one
thousand dollars in cash! If, any ®ore
strikes are made this little valley will
