physical cause, throw off the shackles that
has bound it to worse than miduight darkness,
and reason vvill, once more, resume its sway,
clothed; in all its primitive beauty nud wonted
excellence. Hence; the necessity of all those,
who arc laboring under the predisposing or
exciting causes,- calculated in the end to im
pair the mind to presort to an early and
judicious course of agents.
