Approximately 10,000 students are
enrolled at present in the thirteen
state teachers colleges and the
Cheyney Training School for teach-
ers, according to a recent statement

in the following institutions:
Mansfield has an enrollment of
728, according to Rule's statement.
Indiana leads with 1427 students
while Cheyney Training School has
166, the smallest group.
All counties in Pennsylvania are
represented in the enrollments, rang-
ing from a total of six each from
Cameron and Forest counties to 663
from Allegheny county. One hun-
dred sixty-three students are from
other States.

And that futility, once revealed,
would mean an armament race such
as the world has never seen. That
in turn would bring the

came, as it would, there would
come chaos and the downfall of
civilization. .
What is happening in Geneva and
Japan today, therefore, is bigger
than Manchuria. It is the test of
the world’s one and only agency for
peace. The entire effort against
war, accumulated over the cen-
turies, is at stake.
Let the negotiations win, let the
