    AARONSBURG.
E. G. Mingle has had a radio in-
stalled, therefore, he has become a
member of the Radio club.
W. E. Orwig spent the week-end
with his parents, Mr. and Mrs.
Charles Orwig, in Hartleton.’
Calvin Moyer, of Freeburg, Las for
the past week been the guest of his
sister, Mrs. W. H. Philips, on Main
street.
Mr. and Mrs. Adam Bowersox came
down from Bellefonte for a few days
which they spent at the home of Mrs.
Alice Stover, who had been quite ill
but is slowly improving.
Edward A. Bower, of Bellefonte,
spent several days last week at the
home of his brother, Warren Bower,
Mrs. Bower accompanied him and his
son, Ebon, home, Friday, for a few
days’ visit.
Thursday evening of last week the
Sunshine class of the Reformed Sun-
day school, of Rebersburg, gave a
play in Mensch’s hall entitled, “An
Old Fashioned Mother.” Everyone
seemed to be much pleased with it.
Aaron Harter came up from Har-
risburg and spent the week-end with
his nenhew, R. W. Mensch. Mr. Hart-
er came to Centre county at this time
to attend the funeral of his sister,
Mrs. Rebecca Murray, which took
place in Centre Hall, Monday,
Miss Wiggins, a State field work-
er of the W. C. T. U,, gave a splen-~

Friday evening. There was a fair
attendance but there was plenty of

Richard Kern is visiting at Boals-
burg.
Mrs. Emma Krebs is visiting with
friends at Pleasant Gap.
Andrew O’Neil, who has been on
the sick list, is improving somewhat
at this writing.
Mrs. Budd O'Neil, of Pine Hall, was
visiting at the home of Mrs. Rebecca
Parker, for a few days.
Miss Imogene Williams had the
misfortune to sprain her ankle re-
cently, but is better now.
Mr. and Mrs. David Bohn, of Boals-
burg, visited with Mr. and Mrs.
George Bohn, last Sunday.
Visitors at the Joseph Neff home,
on Sunday, were Mrs. B. F. Neff, of
Shingletown; Mr. and Mrs. Paul Wil-
son, of Huntingdon; Mr. and Mus. |
