The Christmas spirit and Christmas
lessons will characterize the services
of the day. Under the auspices of the
Epworth League, a “Candle Light”
service will be held at 6:30 a. m.
Christmas sermon, “The Heavenly
Guest at the Feast,” 10:45. A serv-
ice unique and suggestive, consisting
of special music, short sermon and a
Pageant, “The Old and the New” by
several boys, 7:30. Uuforgetable.
See it. Christmas exercises Monday
evening at 6:30.
Coleville—Bible school 2:30. Spe-
cial prayer service 7:30. Christmas
exercises Tuesday, December 27th, at
7:30 p. m.

Christmas services will open with
an early service of praise at 6:30
Christmas, Sunday morning. There
will be no other services until 7:30
Christmas evening, when a beautiful
oratorio, entitled “The Light of the
World,” will be given by the choir as-
sisted by a number of other voices un-
der the direction of Mrs. Krader. The
Sunday school festival will be held
Monday evening, December 26th, at
7 o'clock. The young folks will give
a cantata, under the direction of Mrs.
Butz, Mrs. Brouse and Mrs. Cole. Its
title is, “A Secret for Christmas.” Of-
ferings for Bethany Orphan’s Home.
The public is cordially invited to all
of these services.

The midnight mass at St. John’s
Episcopal church will begin this year
on Saturday evening, Christmas Eve,
at 11:45. The church will be lighted
entirely by candlelight as in former
years, and the music will be especially
beautiful. The same program will
be repeated at the 11 o'clock service
Christmas morning. The complete
schedule follows: Christmas Eve, 5
p. m. and 11:45 p. m. Christmas day,
8 a. m., 11 a. m. and 5 p. m. (instead
of the regular hour). Monday, St.
Stephen, 10 a. m. Tuesday, St. John
Evangelist, 10 a. m. Wednesday, Ho-
ly Innocents, 10 a. m. Thursday, 7:30
