of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, en-
titled “An Act to provide for the incor-
poration and regulation of certain cor-
porations,” approved the 209th day of
April, A. D. 1874, and the several supple-
ments thereto, for the charter of an intend-
ed corporation to be called PENNSYLVA-
NIA LAMBDA CHAPTER OF THE PHI
KAPPA PSI FRATERNITY; the charac-
ter and object of which is the promotion
of moral and social culture of its mem-
bers, the building up of a fraternity that
recognizes mutual assistance in the hon-
orable labors and aspirations of life, de-
votion to the. cultivation of the intellect,
