Spangler and his bride returned home Wednes- day evening, and were given a hearty reception by their many friends. Mrs. Minnie Snavely and son Paul, of Kala- mazoo, Mich., are visiting the Geo. Grimes home at White Hall. Mrs. Snavely reports a great drought in that section, and hay has been ship- ped from Canada for several months. William Gummo, who is one of H. C. Sunday's helpers at the steam thresher, came near giving the undertaker a job on Friday.
