the Honorable Eliis'L.Orvi~, President Judge
of the Court of Common Pleas of the 19th Judicial
District, consisting of the eccunty of Centre
having issued his precept, bearing date the
15th day of March 1905, to me directed, for hold-
ing a Court of Common Pleas, Orphans Court,
Court of Quarter Sessions of the Peace, Oyer
and Terminer and General Jail Delivery in
Bellefonte, for the countv ot Centre and to
commence on the 4th Mondav of April, being
the 24th day of April, 1905, and to continue three
weeks, notice 1s herebv given to the Coroner. Jus-
tices of the Peace, Aldermen and Constables of
said county of Centre, that they be then and there
in their proper persons. at 10 o’clock in the fore-
noon of the 24th with their records, inquisitions,
examinations, and their own remembrances, to do
those things which to their office appertains *o be
done, and those who are bound in recognizances
to prosecute against the prisoners that are or shall
be in the jail of Centre county, be then and there
to prosecute against them as shall be just.
Given under my hand, at Bellefonte,the 15th day
of March, in the year of our Lord, 1905, and the
one hundred and twenty-eighth year of the inde-
pendence of the United States.
