ties of Centre and Huntingdon, and the Honor
able Thomas M. Eliey and Honorable Corlis
Faulkner, Associate Judges in Centre county
having issued their precept, bearing date the
26th day of March to me directed, for
holding a Court of Oyer and Terminer and
General Jail Delivery and Quarter Sessions of
the Peace in Bellefonte, for the county of
Centreand to commence on the 4th Monday of
Apr. being the 22nd day of Apr. 1894 and to
continue two weeks, notice is hereby given to
the Coroner, Justices of the Peace, Aldermen
and Constables of said county of Centre, that
they be then and there in their proper per-
sons, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon of the 22nd,
with their records, inquisitions, examinations,
and their own remembrances, to do those
things which to their office appertains to be
done, and those who are bound in recogni-
zances to prosecute against the prisoners that
