sylvania Central Railroad on such conditions
as will bring the enterprise to an early, cone•

Bonds of the Tyrone and Philipsburg road

to redeem at 40 per cent, in freight, and nn
per cent. in cash. The iron has been pur
chased, and the Directors will finish the gra
dihg and lay the rail immediately. When
