The weather for sonic dajs has been clear
and pleasant, —the fields are spread with o
rich luxuriant carpet. The ferest is clothed
in its most magnificent livery. The or
chards and, cultivated flowers arc budding
and blooming, thus gladning the heart of
their possessor, with the prospect of abun
dance. The little feathered songster, as
they peroh, and fly from limb to limb car
rolling their aiveetest notes, in admiration
of returning spring ; gives variety, and
splendor, and pleallime to the season. All
animate and inanimate nature seems to re
joice. The pent up mechanic., the toiling

morning or evening breeze, impregnated with
the sweet odors of blooming Aruhery, and
