tened so ingeniously to the short tail, that,
it could, not be seen . that it had not origi
nally grown there.
As soon os the Jersoyman missed his
cow, he set off for Philadelphia, thinking i

fellow who stole her. As it was natural

much upon cows, he soon began to tyok at
