A New Disease has attacked the hogs in Fulton county, Illinois, different in symptoms from hog cholera, and eeems more like congestive chill, as manifested in human beings.- When the hogs are attacked they bunch up together. The chill is followed by fever, when they soon die. The percentage of deaths is large. Accounts from various localities in the North west represent that the locusts are dying in great numbers. In many places the ground is thickly covered with dead ones, and few live ones are seen. They have, however, done much damage to the young forest trees. FROM WdSElJVGTOJV. bx associated press.
