At thb Academy of Music Meyerbeer's grand

Carl Formes will appear in his great role of
Bertram," and the remaining characters will
be represented by Messrs. Castle, Ilowell, Chat
terson, Mrs. Bernard, and Miss Emma Howson.
At thb Walwtjt Boaclcault's drama of The
Colleen Lawn will be represented this evening,

leen" and Mrs. Watkins as "Eily O'Connor. fi
At ths Arch Miss Kate Reignolds will ap
pear this evening as 'Richelieu" in the play of
The Youthful Days of Richelieu, and as Kath

At tub Chesnut the laughable comedy of
Saratoga will be performed this evening.
On Monday Mr. Davenport, who has been
playing with great success in New York and
Boston, will make his reappearance In the part
of "Sir Giles Overreach."
At thb Musrdm, Ninth and Arch streets,
Mr. Robert McWade will personate "Rip Van
Winkle" this evening. The double-headed baby
is on exhibition day and evening.
At thb American the Japanese will perform
some of their most wonderful feats this evening.
The Concert to be given by Mrs. De Barros
to-morrow evening at Musical Fund IlallJ pro
mises to be a very enjoyable entertainment. A
fine programme will be presented, and Mrs. De
Barros will be assisted by several popular per
formers. Thb Aht Male Singing Society will give
their third soiree at Musical Fund Hall this
evening. An unusually attractive programme
is announced.
John Collins, the celebrated Irish comedian
and vocalist, has just concluded very successful
engagements in Montreal and Quebec, and is
announced to appear at Niblo's, New York. He
will produce Paul Clifford, a piece that was
written especially to suit the peculiar qualifica
tions of Mr. Collins. It will be brought out in
great splendor, new scenery, etc.

The personal property is in good working order.
and most of the engines and boilers are nearly new.
The Oil creek and Allegheny tfauroad passes
through the tract. The producing wells on the pro
perty are connected by pipe lines with one central
Iron tank, from which point the o'l is ihrowu by
steam pump into the large iron tank near and abovn
the railroad track, where it can be readily ladened
on the cars.
The land interest is in receipt or about 18 barren
of oil per day, 6 barrels of which are from wells ope
rated Dytne company, ana o received as royalty
from leases.
There are eight small tenant houses, blacksmith
shop, cooper shop, carpenter shop, stable, etc, upon
the tract, and a lot of blacksmith and carpenter
teols. The whole real estate and personal property
will be sold together, thus ottering a rare opportu
nity to those desiring to control a large tract or tana,
with first-class racllliles for developments, as about
100 acres of the property remain to be tested.
