AN ORDINANCE
To Set Apart and Appropriate the Pre
mises and Lot of Ground now known as the
Spring Garden Hall for School Purposes.
Section 1. The Select and Common Councils
of the city of Philadelphia do ordain, That the
lot of ground situate at the northwest corner of
Sprint; Garden and Thirteenth streets, and the
building thereon erected, known as the Spring
Garden Hall, containing in front on Spring
Garden street one hundred and twelve feet, and
in depth along Thirteenth street one hundred
and lifty feet to Brandywine street, be and the
same is hereby set apart and appropriated
for school purposes ; and the Commissioner
of City Property is hereby authorized to
notify the several tenants tow occupying'
eald premises or any part thereof to leave
the same at the expiration of their several
terms, the city requiring the possession of said
premises.
