ward of the city or Philadelphia, at the distance
one hundred and nineteen reet three and three-quart
ters Inches northwest rrom Cedar street, containing
in rront on said Tucker street sixty reet, and extendi
lng In depth southwesterly, between lines at righ
angles with said Tucker street on the southeast ltm
eighty-four reet eight and one-quarter Inches, ati
on the northwest line eighty-one feet nine and one
half inches.
