the Snow brothers and their troupe of trained

Mr.C llarry Franck, with a dramatic company,
will appear this evening In a new play by J. W.
Watson entitled The Charlatan, in which Mr.
Franck will sustain the character of "Cugll

Bierstadt's picture of "The Emerald Pool"

announced to take place at the Academy of
Music on Thursday.
At the Assemhlt Building the celebrated
two-headed girl and other curiosities will be on
exhibition every day for a short time, from 2
until 5, and from 7 until 10 P. M.
Profkssok Kufus Adams, in compliance
with the request of numerous professional and
personal friends, will appear at the Arch Street
'Iheatreon Friday evening next, as "8ir Peter
Teazle" in Sheridan's brilliant corned' of The
School for Scandal. It will undoubtedly be a
grand allair. Great preparations are beiug made,
and those who propose attending may anticipate
an unusually enjoyable occasion.
The M.KNNERCHOR Annual Bal Masque
will come off at the Academy of Music on Tues
day, February 14. One-half of the proceeds of
this ball will be devoted to the relief of the suf
ferers of the French and German war.
