for each of such omissions not satisfactorily ex

deducted. For arrivals so far behind time a to
break connection with depending malls, and not

Imposed, unless tho delinquency be satisfactorily

the schedule of departures and arrivals, and also
order an Increase of service by allowing therefor a

curtail or discontinue the service In whole or In part,
nt a proportionate decrease of pay, allowing as full
Indemnity to the contractor one month's extra com
pensation on the amount of service dispensed with,
