The musical portion is to be under the leadership of Professor .lean Louis, and will be rendered by Miss Ma Oumpert, Mr. William lirad saaw, the Vocal Union, a chorus of six hundred voices, composed of young Indies from the Girls' Urammar Schools, aud a number of gentlemen amateurs. Uraharu, lay in the Delaware, oir the Navy Yard. A party of river thieves came along in a boat, and pushed up alongside of the barge. With a pole, having a hook attached to one end of it, they pulled over iuto their boat about forty dollars' worth of lines, and made off. The captain discovered the party and, jumping into a yawl boat, gave chase. He followed the thieves to Port Richmond, where tliey abandoned their boat and the stolen property contained therein.
