It was rtsolved that between Gunner's Run
and Allegheny avenue bh mid be conddered
Port Richmond, aud the rates of towage should
be in accordance. After an animated discussion
in reference to matters of a private character,
the meeting adjourned.
Casualties. Mary Dougherty, fourteen
years old, while at work at Tracy's mill, Twenty
fifth and Spruce streets, on Saturday had ono
oi her bands severely lacerated by haying it
caught in the machinery.
Edward McLmwhlln, twelve years old, while
at work on Samrduy in a boit factory in West
Arch street, had au arm broken by having it
caught in tbe machinery. Both were admitted
into tbe Peunslvanin Ho pit'l.
About 10 o'clock on Mitur.iuy nicht Richard
Badeu. a workman at Gaul's brewery, was badly
injured about 1 1. e head and tacii by being caught
in tbe machinery. He was taken to tbe hospital.
About 4 o'clock yesterday morning Oliver
Meek, forty-rive years of age, fell from the
second story window of the house No. 1171 8.
Twelith street. He was removed to his home.

Miry Rhea, sixty-four year' old. fell down a
flight of stairs on Saturday and fractured one of
her arms.
Citt Warrants. The City Treasurer is
now in possession of funds to pay all stamped
warrants numbering from one to two thousand.
The only notice that has b"en given of' this fact
is aWritten one, placed upon the door leading
into the ollice ot the city Treasury, as directed
by ordinance of Councils, providing that war
rants snau ds paia in tuo oraer as stamped.
