streets.
Section 1. The Select and Common Councils of
the City of Philadelphia do ordain. That per-
mission be and the same Is hereby granted to
Stephen A. Fagan to erect a corrugated iron
awning over his footway, from house to curb
stone, at ins premises, souiueast corner or
Eighth and Lombard streets: Provided, the
