either a carriage or ltd horse. No altera
tion will be made in the times fixed for the
arrival and departure of the mails in these
routs,

me directed, ifTied out ol the circuit court
of the United States, in aud for the Pennfylva-
nia Diftridh of the middle circuit, will be fold

street, in the city of Philadelphia on Satur
