With these proposals the fubferiber diffident

aware of the importance and magnitude ol the
undertaking Solicitous far the fate of hi» na
tive land, and viewing with anxious fears and

the joint exertions ef wisdom and virtue, ana
conduiUd with found policy and genuine pa
